Compass Disability provides Social Security disability representation from Kaysville, UT 84037. This page explains what information we collect and what we do with it. It is not legal advice about your claim.
We do not share or sell consumer personal information, including phone numbers, to third parties or affiliates for marketing or lead generation.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, email, phone number, and anything you choose to write or say about your situation on the consultation form, by email, or by phone.
- Text messages: if you text (801) 810-7734, we receive the mobile number, the message, and your consent to receive texts.
- Website logs: our website host may keep standard technical records, such as browser type, the page requested, and the time, so the site can run and stay secure.
The consultation form does not ask for a Social Security number. Please do not put one in the form.
How we use it
- To answer your question and schedule a consultation.
- To represent you if you hire us.
- To keep records we are required to keep.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use it to build advertising lists.
Who else may receive it
- An email service that delivers the consultation form to contact@compass-ssd.com. That service may handle the message only to deliver it. It may not use the message for its own marketing.
- If you become a client, people who must receive information for your claim, including the Social Security Administration when a filing requires it.
- A government agency or court, if the law requires us to provide it.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Text messages
If we text you about an inquiry or a claim, message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, or HELP for help. Agreeing to receive texts is not required to hire us.
How long we keep it
We keep a consultation message long enough to respond and to keep a record of the request. If you become a client, we keep the file for as long as the representation and our record-keeping duties require.
Your choices
Email contact@compass-ssd.com or call (801) 810-7734 to ask us to correct or delete information you sent through this website. We will do that unless we have to keep it for a client file or a legal duty.
Children
This site is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this page. The date at the top will change when we do.
