These terms cover the Compass Disability website, a request for a consultation, and text messages from (801) 810-7734. Hiring the office is a separate written agreement. The privacy policy explains how information is handled.

The website

The site describes Social Security disability representation. It is general information. It is not a decision about your claim, and it is not a promise that benefits will be approved. Sending a form or calling does not by itself make you a client.

Consultations and fees

A consultation is free. Compass Disability does not charge an out-of-pocket fee. If you hire the office, the fee follows the standard Social Security disability fee agreement: a percentage of awarded back pay, not more than 25%. That fee is set out in the agreement you sign, not by this page.

What you send us

Do not put a Social Security number in the website form. You are responsible for what you choose to send. We use it to respond, as described in the privacy policy.

Text messages

If you give us your mobile number and agree to hear from us by text, Compass Disability may text you about your inquiry or claim. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also call (801) 810-7734. Agreeing to texts is not required to request a consultation or to hire us.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
